Brisbane, Australia – November 21, 2025 – Dr. Clarissa Yates, Founder and CEO of Ketim Technologies, has been named the 2025 Queensland recipient of the Pearcey ICT Entrepreneur Award.
The Pearcey State Entrepreneur Awards recognise outstanding achievers in information and communications technology across Australia who have demonstrated leadership through risk-taking, impact, and inspiration within their respective states and territories.
The award was presented on behalf of the Pearcey Foundation, with representation at the ceremony by Carrie Hillyard while Dr. Yates was attending the AusBiotech Conference in Melbourne, where she was pitching at the BioInnovation Forum.
“This recognition reflects the dedication of our entire team and the importance of advancing innovation in maternal mental health,” said Dr. Yates. “Entrepreneurship in deep tech requires resilience, conviction, and a commitment to solving problems that matter. We are proud to contribute to Australia’s growing innovation ecosystem.”
As a State recipient, Dr. Yates will now be considered for the Pearcey National Entrepreneur Award, which honours one of the State awardees for leadership, scale, innovation, and global impact.
This recognition adds to a growing list of national acknowledgements highlighting Ketim’s work to develop the world’s first predictive protein blood test for postpartum depression and advance precision psychiatry through biomarker-driven technologies.
